CZT I (Hardwall Cleanroom)

The hardwall cleanroom is pre-engineered to join ceiling, floor and mechanical components to provide complete control of critical environmental conditions. The wall panels attach to form airtight seals providing constant pressure and particulate control. Walls are 1/4" to 3" thick and have honeycomb or polystryrene core covered with vinyl-covered hardboard, factory coated steel, factory coated aluminum, fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) and stainless steel. We also offer fire and sound rated, and seismic rated wall systems. When required, we install covering, wall to wall, and wall to ceiling.
