The Aluminum CZT IV cleanroom design allows it to be used as a totally free standing room, or in a combination with your existing walls. The CZT IV cleanroom is specifically designed to meet requirements of a wide range of industries including the medical, pharmaceutical, parts cleaning, electronic, disk drive. The CZT IV cleanroom can be designed to meet ISO Class 5 (Class 100) through ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) and can be divided into as many individual rooms as required. The cleanroom can be equipped with single or double doors, strip curtains and standard or custom sized Pass-Thru boxes. Each Aluminum CZT IV comes completely factory prefabricated for minimal on-site installation time and is totally self contained with all components factory-finished. All you have to do is supply electricity and A/C. This also means that the cleanroom is demountable and can be easily relocated in another section of your site or another part of the country. Average installation time is 2 to 3 days from start to certification (depends on overall size)
Air flow patterns are “Once Through” with exhaust air controlled with dampered low wall exhaust dampers. The air passed from your existing environment, through prefilters and final filter and exits the cleanroom through the dampers. The dampers also act as back-draft and automatically close down, minimizing cleanroom contamination if there is a power outage.
The self supporting ceiling system will accommodate either fan powered HEPA or ULPA filters or ducted HEPA or ULPA filters. Fan powered filters are available with duct collar adapters for direct connection to your building HVAC system.
Vertical aluminum component posts are hollow and can be fitted with surface mounted light switches and 110v outlets. Phone and data lines can also be installed during the construction or later.
