Will air flow system be "once pass" or "recirculating"?
Once Pass - air is pulled from the ambient environment, filtered through HEPA or ULPA filters and returned to ambient environment via low wall gravity flow dampers.
   
Recirculating - this is a sealed system with a plenum above the cleanroom ceiling. Cleanroom air is returned to the plenum via low wall or high ceiling returns (dependent on room class and process).
